Other activities:
truco (card game), taba, pato (limited version), fulbito, and more for the whole family!

Food options:
Del Sur Empanadas: Food truck will be at the park from 12pm-6pm, this is your only chance to buy authentic Argentine empanadas in the Twin Citites!
Praline Platense: traditional Argentine recipe for frosted nuts.
Criollas: with authentic alfajores de maizena!
You may choose to do your own "asadito" utilizing the park's bbqs, remember to bring charcoal!
About the park
There are 3 shelters at Boom Island Park, each one with big double side bbq (or parrillas) ideal to make a traditional asado! you may want to bring carbon/leña and something to put on top!
Truco y Mateada!
Argentinos: traigan la pava (o termo con agua caliente), yerba y mate! (sobre todo que no falte la yerba...) Y cartas de truco!!!
